  Good local restaurant with nice atmosphere. Very good service, our waitress was quite nice. As a comment to one of the reviews below suggesting they install acoustic panels, they have.

  Nice small restaurant with a cool private patio. Great place for those who likes to be suprise since you will find unusual flavour mixte on the menu. We LOVE everything we had! For a small extra the "Table d'Hôte" option is a 5 courses! It is a BYOW.

  My family and I dined here on a Friday night, at the early sitting. The food was incredible. The service could have been more seamless, but I appreciated the server`s attentiveness, warmth, and patience with the Anglo members of our group. We started with a smoked salmon platter and the tarte fine with mushroom, truffles and a poached egg. I loathe fish, so I didn`t touch the platter, but my aunt and uncle enjoyed it. The tarte fine haunted my dreams for days after. Every texture and taste in the dish hit the right note and the egg was poached flawlessly. Our mains were risotto with old cheddar, asparagus and pork flank; and a plain old bavette de boeuf and fries. My risotto was heavenly and the bavette was seasoned perfectly; and even though my dining companion ordered it `well done` (AKA ruined it, lol), it was still tender when I tried a small piece. A well-done piece of steak that even I can enjoy, is no mean feat. Desserts were delightful; ice cream and meringue with nuts in salted caramel, and a licorice-orange creme brulee. They were the perfect size, morsels of sweetness that were not cloying or overblown. At about $50/person, this is a "special occasion" place, but it was well worth it and I will definitely be back.
